Refund Policy at NURU Jewelry (Amsterdam)

If you’ve purchased something from NURU Jewrelry (Amsterdam) and:

  • Received the wrong products, or
  • Did not receive your products within the guaranteed delivery time (45 days),

You are eligible for a full refund.

Exceptions:

  • If your order didn’t arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address).
  • If your order didn’t arrive due to circumstances outside our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters).
